Ashok Maheshwari

Ashok Maheswari co-founded RBW Solutions Pvt. Ltd, in 2014 to take the experience learned in running the Hurkat Software Solutions, a software house to a global market. Ashok brings with him over 13 years (since Feb 2001) of rich experience in the IT industry with a strong delivery background in IT services and specialization in the Retail, F&B and manufacturing domains. Ashok started his career with CMC computer center in Bhilwara, Rajasthan as Software Faculty in 2001, for a short stint. He joined Fusion DLW Solutions (later fully merged to Rance Computer Pvt. Ltd); a Kolkata (Calcutta) based Software Company catering to Retail and F&B domain in 2002 as a core team member. Ashok worked in the capacity of head of the flagship product “FusionRetail” Software of Rancelab, and Rance Computer Pvt. Ltd. In 2007, he left Rance Computer Pvt. Ltd. and founded his own software startup company Hurkat Software Solutions at his hometown Bhilwara (Rajasthan) in the same year. In 2009 he came in association with Arun Kumar Mundhra of Karni Solutions (Kolkata, West Bengal) for a joint venture in software development. In 2014 Karni Solutions and Hurkat Software Solutions merged together to form RBW Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Ashok directs the company’s core wing: Software Designing & Development. In his current role, he works with his co-founder Arun Kumar Mundhra for system study and designing finalization, and development team to achieve industry-leading growth in major markets of relevance to RBW Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Ashok has rich real-life industry-based software development experience using SQL2K5, VB.NET 2008 (.NET 3.5) with software & implementation specialization in the Retail, F&B and Hotel domains. He is also conversant with ASP.NET, C, C++, C#, VB.NET, VB6.0, Java, J2EE, barcode and RFID-based technologies, XML and XSL. He is passionate about R&D work with technologies, giving simple and dynamic IT solutions according to the need of his clients. With his vast experience and passion in software development, he is a technical wizard adapting the latest technology to the products on offer. Like his co-founder Arun Kumar Mundhra, he’s always willing to go the extra mile to do things right for his clients and friends. He is based in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, India. He is passionate about listening to music. He holds Masters Degree in Computer Science.
